Clients are requested to verify the bank details before proceeding to make the transaction. A transaction once settled to a beneficiary bank account cannot be reversed nor refunded back at any cost.

Clients can make a request to cancel a transaction only before the transaction is settled. In that case, the convenience fees will not be refunded back. Kindly reach out to us at support@odipe.in as soon as possible.

Incase the transaction gets failed, kindly wait for 6-10 Working Days for the amount to get refunded to the original source of payment.
